Nesting software for laser cutting in Dublin
Dublin job shops tend to run mixed, short-notice work: one-off brackets, signage, prototype panels, small batches. That is exactly the pattern where manual nesting eats the day and where a nest that runs in seconds pays for itself.
Made for mixed, short-run work
Quick Nesting is designed for jobs where parts arrive one file at a time. Add parts to a project as the drawings land, set quantities, and re-run the nest whenever the order changes. Each run is kept in history so you can compare layouts before committing a sheet.
Nothing installs and nothing uploads. The engine runs in the browser on the machine in front of you, which matters when customer drawings are commercially sensitive.
Quote faster, not just cut faster
Most of the time lost on a small job is quoting, not cutting. The free calculators give you a defensible number in a minute: sheet price from your supplier's price per kilo, material cost per part at your real utilisation, and machine time and labour on top.
- Sheet price in EUR with Irish VAT shown
- Material cost per part at your actual utilisation
- Cost of the skeleton you are throwing away
FAQ
Is Quick Nesting an Irish laser cutting service?
No. It is nesting software for the people running the machines. If you need parts cut, you still go to a fabrication shop, we make their sheet go further.
Can several people in the shop use one account?
The Studio plan includes team seats and a shared job queue. Pro is single user.
Will it handle engraving inside a part?
Yes. Internal geometry such as holes or engraving stays locked to the outline and rotates and mirrors with it.
